The beliefs and habits that keep us separated from the life we seek are not the horrible personal flaws or failings that you may think they are.

They are more often patterns that parts of us created to protect us. And sometimes they may even be ancestral legacy burdens that are passed down and inherited from our ancestors, and did not start with us.

The good news is, when we effectively address our past, heal with our ancestors and the parts of us that are doing their best to protect us, our energy can then be used for something else. We become more whole, present, stop repeating the past and can experience more joy and meaning while sharing our gifts. With this shift our inner world and outer behaviors start to change organically and naturally without force. This work is important both individually and collectively.
